Civida - Pre-qualification Request - Request for Pre-qualifications for Residential Exterior Maintenance and Projects

This Request for Pre-qualifications (“RPQ”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide services for on-demand and project-related exterior renovation work at Civida-managed residential properties located within the City of Edmonton. Civida requires contractor services in several different discipline categories to complete various scopes of exterior renovation work comprised of both on-demand work and planned projects. The on-demand work will support Civida’s Facilities and Maintenance teams in addressing maintenance requests. Categories: 1. Flat Roof Services 2. Concrete Services 3. Asphalt Services 4. Exterior Building Envelope Services Civida-managed properties are primarily small apartment buildings and townhouse complexes with a few stand-alone houses. The primary objective of this RPQ and the Roster Competitions are to minimize work completion timelines to better optimize Civida’s residential property portfolio. It is paramount that Civida pre-qualifies contractors that have established personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and processes to provide agility to deliver on tight timelines for work completion to ensure minimal disruption to tenants while supporting Civida in maintaining safe, well-kept and visually appealing sites. The term of this RPQ will be for a period of three (3) years. This will be the only opportunity for respondents to qualify for this opportunity within the three (3) year period.
