Description
The Town of Edson invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of Vision Park Phase 4 Development – Ball Diamond Construction, under Request for Tender (ITT CP 2024‑72‑07).
The Work generally includes (but is not limited to):
Removal of existing chain link fencing, backstops, and dugout structures
Common excavation and site grading
Supply and placement of topsoil, seed, and establishment of weed‑free, vigorous grass
Construction of new dugout structures including helical piles, structural steel, and chain link components
Installation of new chain link fencing and backstops
Site furnishings, signage, and related amenities
Delivery of complete as‑built drawings
The successful bidder will enter into a CCDC 4 – Unit Price Contract.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/04/15.
