Description
The Special Areas Board requests proposals from vendors (hereafter referred to as “the Contractor”) interested in providing campground management, hosting and housekeeping services, in conjunction with Special Areas Park Staff, for Prairie Oasis Park, a 101-site municipal campground owned and operated by the Special Areas Board. Prairie Oasis Park is located 30km southeast of Hanna, Alberta on Primary Highway 36.
Vendors providing proposals must contact Melissa Lee, Parks Supervisor, at (403) 854-5600 prior to submitting to assure complete scope of duties are appreciated. Award of this RFP will be subject to 2026 budget approval.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/05/01.
