Description
The Fire Hall #5 Dorm Renovation project will upgrade the existing dormitory within an active fire station to improve firefighter accommodations, privacy, and functionality. The work includes reconfiguring the space to create six (6) private sleeping rooms with integrated storage, upgrading and expanding washroom facilities, and installing new corridor millwork and finishes. Mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems will be modified to support the new layout and ensure compliance with current building codes, fire safety, and accessibility standards.
