AIMCo is looking to expand its Quality Assurance (“QA”) practices and undertake a QA transformation journey. Earlier this year AIMCo completed a QA maturity assessment, which highlighted the current maturity of QA and outlined areas of improvement for a digital transformation. This NRFP is intended to build upon that assessment and solicit Proposals for a QA Transition Coach who will assist in establishing a sound, scalable, and consistent operation model for quality assurance, with a focus on transformation with well-defined processes, tools, metrics, and reporting standards for the QA team. As part of this engagement, the QA Transition Coach will also assist with a shift left methodology for QA, introducing a scalable automation framework and defining the best practices for QA as outlined in this document (the “Project”).

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/01/30.
