Description
ENMAX Power Corporation is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for a safe, capable, and qualified Contractor to provide Hydrovac services on an as required basis at various locations within the City of Calgary to support construction and maintenance activities. Given the volume of projects at a given time, ENMAX requires a Contractor to have a minimum fleet of ten (10) trucks and operators certified to operate the equipment. The equipment typically required by ENMAX must meet the following minimum capabilities. (a) 200 feet remote capability (minimum), (b) Equal potential bond mats, (c) Single jet oscillating head type nozzle and three jet head type nozzle, and (d) ENMAX prefers a Contractor to have hose diameters to be 8”. Minimum of 6” required. This RFP may result in multiple Master Service Agreements ("MSA") for the Work described herein.

The estimated contract period will be 84 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/01/01.
