Description
1. This Request for Standing Offer is open to all interested Contractors 2. City Transit is seeking Contractors who can provide electrical and communication cabling & equipment installation services. The work consists of the installations, re-route, repair, replacement, termination, testing and labeling of electrical and communication cables and conduits and pathways for the Transit communications systems. And installation, removal, and relocation of identified communication equipment at various locations throughout City of Calgary premises including Light Rail Transit (LRT) facilities & Tunnels, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) facilities, Maintenance and Storage facilities, Utility Complex and underground duct-bank system. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The City intends to enter into a Master Agreement with each of the Selected Respondents for a term of three (3) years (the “Master Agreement Term”).
