Description
To fulfill federally mandated responsibilities, as outlined in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act of Canada (PCMLTFA), AGLC is seeking an AML system that will replace the current in-house system. This system will be flexible enough to adapt to evolving standards, able to integrate with other AGLC systems, provide a singular yet comprehensive view of patron gaming activity (regardless of platform) with improved reporting capabilities, expand oversight as well as improve risk analysis and increase efficiency for regulatory services, gaming industry partners, gaming industry partners staff, and FINTRAC.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/01.
