This Contract involves providing the City of Edmonton a Listening and Learning tool. The City defines a Listening and Learning tool as a platform (or suite) of customer feedback management tools which includes, but is not limited to: an online survey platform, an online panel host, and a Voice of Customer (VoC) solution.
