Description
The Owner invites tenders for construction of the work, which in general terms, will consist of the following: • site evaluation, including utility first-call and second-call investigations; • public and stakeholder engagement; • coordination with the broader McArthur Park Redevelopment project; • design of a skate park and a bike skills park / pump track, including conceptual (two submissions) and detailed design (two submissions) drawings with a total maximum project budget of $500,000 to $700,000; • construction of proposed amenities; and • one year of full site warranty and maintenance

The estimated contract period will be 11 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/01.
