1. "This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category: "C7000302: Irrigation Construction & Maintenance." 2. Install sports field irrigation system at Gordon Higgins School in the Rundle community.. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Scheduled operational date: 2023-08-15.
