Description
1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City on behalf of Calgary Police Services (“CPS”) requires the supply of new, fully functional upon delivery Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicle (“PPV”) (“Units”) to be primarily used for law enforcement on an as required basis. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.; and 4. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years.
