1. This Request for Proposal is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category:"C7200106: Wastewater Pump Stations and Lift Stations". 2. Description: Construction upgrades of the existing Deer Run sanitary lift station. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term: Until substantial performance -2024 June 28
