Description
1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide rental of nine (9) or more scanners to support scanning of paper records. The City intends to enter into a rental or lease agreement for the provision of (specific) scanners. The volume of scanners rented or leased will begin with nine (9) but could vary. The types of scanners required may vary. Specific and differing scanning devices are required to handle older delicate and worn files, and more recent files in good condition. SAP Ariba for this procurement link: https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/17847671 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement is for an initial four (4) year term and may be renewed two (2) times for an additional three (3) years, not to exceed ten (10) years.

The estimated contract period will be 48 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/01/19.
