Description
The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites participants to submit responses for this Sourcing Event to pre-qualify to participate in a competitive dialogue process for the supply, delivery, installation and overall lifecycle management of desktop, mobile, meeting room, telephony, computing/communication hardware, software, peripherals and related services to the City of Edmonton. The purpose of this Request for Prequalification (RFQ) is to select up to two (2) pre-qualified participants that will be invited to participate in the Competitive Dialogue. Only the pre-qualified participants will be invited to participate in Dialogue Meetings.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/04/01.
