Description
1. The Town of Edson requires the services of a qualified dealership to supply equipment that meets the minimum specification criteria (listed in 7.2), to the Parks Department in a ready to use condition. The company will honor any warranty issues that may arise and provide customer support for continued serviceability. 2. The Warranty package will be assessed for coverage, time frame, location of the service centre and associated costs for returning an item for rectification. Relevant information should be provided to enable accurate decision making. 3. Customer support will be assessed for technical support, service centre location, mobile technician services, Hourly rates for maintenance general component lead times and prices. Necessary information relevant to the equipment in this RFP should be included to enable accurate decision making. 4. The Town of Edson will require the equipment to meet the following minimum specifications: Provide complete specifications breakdown.
