Description
The Town of Drumheller requests proposals for the provision of Managed Print Services, including the supply of consumables on an as needed basis. Full scope of services are described in Section 2 – Scope of Work. The Town intends to award a three (3) year contract for 2023-2025. The anticipated start date is June 1, 2023 and the contract end date is December 31, 2025. The Town’s current fleet of multifunction equipment (print, copy, scan, fax, email, etc.) is primarily owned by the Town and is a mixture of current, aging, near or at end of life. Refer to Appendix C – Relative Documents.
The general supply and deliverable for this project is:
a. Managed Print Services for Multi-Function Printers (Shared) and Plotter Printers

Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/06/01.
