Description
This RFP is open to all suppliers. The City of Calgary purchases small format water to be used by the staff of various Business Units while they are in the field with limited access to The City’s water source. The City also requires cups and cooler stands.This RFP will cover Supply of Small Format Bottled Water (500mL),Supply of Large Format Bottled Water (18.9L) and associated products i.e. Reverse Osmosis Water (18.9L), Spring Water (18.9L), Distilled Water (18.9L), Cooler Stands and Cups The Deliverables are included in two (2) Schedules The agreement will be for an initial term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed five (5) times for two (2) year each time. The potential total term length is years (10) years.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 120 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/10/01.
