Description
The use of the Services is part of the Province’s overall management strategy for delivering data centres to meet the Department’s business needs. The Services encompass the housing and running of the information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure at a Facility. Base Services include data centre services related to provisioning of space, power, cooling, security and network connectivity required for hosting ICT infrastructure such as server and storage equipment. Collectively these components constitute a service that the Province intends to obtain. The Province may also obtain additional Optional Services (see PQR Section 3.5). The Province seeks to have access to reliable, fully secured, fault tolerant and professionally managed data centres with high availability on a 24x7 basis to provide uninterrupted service to the Province. *** The Province will not be responding to vendor questions between December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023.

The estimated contract period will be 20 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/02/27.
