Description
This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC  Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Repair, Inspection & Maintenance Services at Directly Managed (DM) Group Homes (GH) Locations in the Lower Mainland (Including Squamish) and Fraser Valley, BC., as further described in Appendix D (Scope of Work) for the Rates established in Appendix C (Pricing Form) for all locations identified in Appendix G (Service Locations). The Successful Proponent must have the capability of servicing all Group Homes.

Proponents should carefully review all RFP documents, including attachments, for the full scope of requirements.
