    Description
    Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Forests is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Brian Saunders RPF dba White Raven Innovations Ltd. 

    The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
    To provide expert analysis for the branch in reviewing the current status of set up of FMS, give direction and advice to team members and ensure that the tool is ready to be used for the intended purpose by August 31st 2022. This will require ensuring:
    • The existing process developed is suitable and efficient for delivering the provincial silviculture program.
    • Confirming accuracy of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) data currently in FMS and the reporting programs – AOP block attributes are confirmed and then loaded, ensure code consistency in FMS and configuration of the interface. 
    • Fully test the tool and then oversee development of training modules for the core staff / consultants that will need to oversee use of the tool / silviculture program.
    Once a minimum viable product has been confirmed:
    • Ensure Schema Input tool complete and functional, FMS reconfigured and the required reports confirmed and developed 
    All shape data is inputted from Results, test all reports for multiple users
