Island Health is seeking to contract with an external vendor to provide organizational change management solutions to support execution of its Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Program Strategy. The vendor will provide change management frameworks, methodology, processes, tools and support to build Island Health’s change management capability. Solutions must address organizational, team and individual levels of competency for all levels of change leadership, project management and change management. The overall goal will be to increase Island Health’s organizational change management maturity to improve its ability to manage multiple concurrent changes across the organization.
