Description
Tenders are invited for the supply of materials, labour, and equipment necessary to clean ducting and associated equipment at (up to) seven (7) schools in the Greater Victoria School District No. 61 during the month of July 2023.  The contractor shall be a certified member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) or shall maintain membership in a nationally recognized non-profit industry organization dedicated to the cleaning of HVAC systems. 

The MANDATORY site visit(s) start promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Strawberry Vale Elementary School. Please allow sufficient time in your schedule to attend all the locations if you intend to bid on all the sites. Bids will only be accepted for those schools where the bidder has attended the site visit. Contracts will be awarded on a school-by-school basis. The District reserves the right to eliminate sites if there is insufficient funding available to complete all the work.

Sealed bids must be received in Purchasing Services no later than 2:00:00 p.m., local time, April 13th, 2023.

The Greater Victoria School District reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. Tenders which contain qualifying conditions or otherwise fail to conform to the Request for Tender documents may be disqualified or rejected.
