    Description
    This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Professional Consulting Services (PCS) for Next Generation 9-1-1,  as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

    Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has established deadlines for Canada’s transition to next-generation 9-1-1. Additional information can be found: Telecom Decision CRTC 2021-199.
    The City is seeking professional consulting services for this transition. 

    The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three one year extensions.
