Description
The purpose of this Pre-Qualification is to select Proponents that successfully meet the Mandatory Criteria set out in Section 3 for a Governance, Risk and Compliance (“GRC”) software solution. BCLC intends to issue a Negotiated Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to those Proponents who successfully meet all the Mandatory Criteria in this Pre-Qualification (“Qualified Proponent”). Only those Qualified Proponents will be eligible to respond to the subsequent RFP.
