Description
- a VCH-owned or leased site; or
- a site owned or leased by the Respondent.
The preferred location for the site would be central or east Vancouver to address the high demand in the areas.
Upon the conclusion of the RFI, VCH may
- select and enter into negotiations for a contract with one or more of the Respondents;
- invite some or all of the Respondents to a subsequent competitive procurement process;
- launch a new competitive process that is open to all interested parties; or
- terminate the process altogether.
