Description
D.G.S. Construction Company Ltd. (DGS) has been engaged as the Construction Manager by SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.35 LANGLEY (SD35) for the project described as Aldergrove Community Secondary School Building Envelope Enhancement. The site is located at the existing School 26850 29th Ave, Township of Langley BC.
This tender includes the replacement of the windows, based on budget restrictions, SD35 intends to complete as much of the scope as possible, as indicated in Phases. School District 35 may include additional Phases in year two (2024/2025) as funding permits.
Work on site will commence at the issuance of the building permit or soon after, expected in July 2023. Completion of Phase 1 is expected to be approximately 6 months from the start date, and additional phases, budget permitting, may be added or awarded separately at the owners discretion in 2024
Prime Consultant is McCuaig & Associates Engineering Ltd.
The tenders listed below will be accepted via email to D.G.S. Construction Company Ltd., the Construction Manager, no later than 3:00PM local time, August 3rd, 2023.
This will be a phased project, and work will be awarded by phase based on School District’s Budget.
