Description
The City of Powell River (City) invites tenders from qualified contractors (Tenderers) for the
supply and installation of a water main for Powell River’s new Resource Recovery Centre. This
Request for Tenders is issued by the City of Powell River Engineering Services Division, 6910
Duncan Street, Powell River, BC V8A 1V4.
A summary of specific work items includes the following:
• Supply and install approximately 703 l.m. of 300mm PVC C900 DR18 water main, or
approved equivalent.
• Supply and install 4 fire hydrants.
• Decommission 3 existing hydrants.
• Restore site to pre-construction condition or better.
