Take notice that in accordance with Section 46 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Rocky Mountain Forest District has offered the following replacement woodlot licence:
Woodlot Licence: W2109
Licence Holder: Summit Valley Contracting Ltd.
Location: Canal Flats
Commencement Date: January 1, 2025
The replacement woodlot licence, if accepted by the current licence holder, will have a term of 20 years and will contain the same land base and timber resources as the woodlot licence it replaces.
Woodlot Licence: W2109
Licence Holder: Summit Valley Contracting Ltd.
Location: Canal Flats
Commencement Date: January 1, 2025
