Description
The City of North Vancouver (the City) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal to develop a strategic plan to guide the development of the Health and Bio-Sciences sector, and drive cluster-specific investment to the City. This will involve completing a baseline assessment of the sector, including an understanding of the stakeholders that make up the sector, and provide the direction to guide cluster building, and chart the way to implementing recommendations that are critical to activate the identified opportunities.
