Description
The City of Kelowna is seeking proposals from vendors to implement and maintain a comprehensive safety management software (SMS) application. The SMS should encompass the incident and near miss reporting, field level risk assessments (tailgate meetings), facility and job site safety inspections, hazard identification, and offer comprehensive KPI reporting and trend analysis. The system will also offer opportunities for future safety program digitization in areas such as permit to work, SDS management, and behaviour-based safety observations, to name a few. User access and permissions are important and should include role-based access control to ensure data security and modification rights. The ideal system also has integration capabilities with existing corporate systems (ex. HRIS, Power BI) and capable of single sign on (SSO). The successful proponent will assist with implementation and ensure ongoing success using the SMS.
