Description
Oak Bay is seeking the services of an innovative Project Lead to support the District in identifying opportunities and determining long-term future use of the 6.4-acre Turkey Head (Spewhung) site.  The Project Lead will work with District staff and potential external technical advisors to help advance the technical work through to project approval while facilitating Council, District staff, First Nation partners, and Oak Bay community exploration of future site uses aligned with community objectives
