The Contractor will be required to:
- Supply a mobile fuel storage tank with 15,000 litres of certified Jet A Fuel suitable for rotary wing aircraft;
- Transport the mobile fuel storage tank to and from the Heli-Staging located 600 m up the Van Horlick FSR, 46 km northeast of Pemberton or 57 km southwest of Lillooet, BC
- Provide minimum of 150 feet line of aviation grade hose reel from fuel tank to helicopter per minimum fuel tank requirements
- Provide Jet A Certificate of Analysis upon delivery.
The fuel tank and fuel will be required to be in place by July 2, 2024 with expected removal to be after July 21, 2024.
The term of the contract is expected to be from July 1 to July 21, 2024, with option to extend to July 30, 2024, due to weather or worksite access delays.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 1 month(s).
