CONSULTING SERVICES – STRATA ENERGY ADVISOR (SEA) PROGRAM
The Corporation of the City of Victoria (the “City”) and the District of Saanich (together the Municipalities”) are inviting proposals from experienced consulting firms to work with staff from the Municipalities to establish and deliver a Strata Energy Advisor (“SEA”) program that provides education, outreach services, energy efficiency advising, and other support directly to strata corporations (“stratas”).
