The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
The supplier will provide the central coordination role of a priority branch project requiring:
- continued management of stakeholder relationships,
- the acquiring and maintaining of situational awareness across government ministries, crown corporations, and law enforcement, and
- an extensive knowledge of public safety protocols in relation to demonstrations and threats when they occur.
