Description
- Under this RFQ, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in Supply and Delivery of Electrical Traffic Control Parts meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, “PS20240769-ENG-RFQ - Appendix 1 City Requirements.pdf”. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFQ in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFQ.
- The term of any Agreement is expected to be a 3-year period with three possible 2-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 9 years.
The RFQ will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
Bids/Expressions of Interest may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
