Description
PavCo is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a 360° leadership assessment for each member of the executive team, and executive coaching which includes individual 1 on 1 coaching and team coaching. The 1 on 1 coaching is 1 hour per session. The team coaching is 3-4 hours per session. PavCo expects the supplier to provide a 360° assessment in 2024, individual and team coaching in 2024 & 2025 and a follow up 360° evaluation in early 2026 followed by additional individual and team coaching.
