Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (“BCLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Retail Trade Marketing services.

BCLC is seeking Retail Trade Marketing services from qualified proponents that can provide: 1) retail-specific promotional design for Point of Purchase (POP) and Point of Sale (POS) signage; and 2) Regional Scratch & Win lottery ticket design services.
