Description
The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is issuing this RFP to invite interested, qualified, and experienced Proponents to submit a Proposal for the provision of facility condition assessment services in connection with the development of an Asset Management Plan (the “Project”). The Project will inform FNHA in budgeting and planning the maintenance of its facilities. To support the Asset Management Plan, facility condition assessments are required for 7 Treatment centres The purpose of this RFP is to select facility assessment consultant service provider(s) that have the experience and capabilities to potentially support FNHAs needs. FNHA reserves the right to award to multiple vendors from this this RFP. Only Proponents that are able to support the needs for an entire Region will be considered for this RFP.
