Description
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is seeking a qualified proponent to undertake a comprehensive benchmarking and capacity study for the Commercial Bakery sector. This project is designed to analyze the current state of commercial bakeries in British Columbia, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. The successful proponent will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the sector and its key subsectors and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and competitiveness within the sector.
The project has a term of approximately six months and must be completed by March 14, 2025. The budget for the project is a maximum of $75,000.00 including all services and eligible expenses.
