Description
("Proponents") in response to this request for proposals ("RFP") for the provision of professional
planning services. The services will involve completing a Complete Community Study for the Fraser
Canyon (Electoral Area A & portions of Electoral Area B) in accordance with the provincial Complete
Communities Program and Complete Communities Guide. This Complete Community Study will help
the FVRD support viable development of community hubs, define an affordable housing roadmap for
canyon communities, identify opportunities for live/work, and guide the development of compact,
complete, and more energy-efficient rural canyon communities.
