The Province seeks to engage a professional consulting team comprised of Prime Consultant - architect, mechanical, electrical, structural engineers, structural and acoustical engineers, environmental graphic and s and interior designers along with acoustic, heritage, security and code consultants for lifecycle upgrades and tenant improvements to St. Ann’s Academy located at, Victoria BC. This work will include, but not limited to design, construction documentation, furniture inventory and construction administration required for the renovation of existing space located at 835 Humboldt Street, Victoria BC.
The Province is undertaking a lifecycle extension and tenant improvement project to renovate all 5 floors of St. Ann’s Academy and create a new Hybrid Workplace Strategy of approximately 45,500approximately 45,500 sq. ft. (4225 m2) of existing office spaces.
