Description
This project consists of a new, approximately 916 m2, school addition consisting of 5
classrooms, storage room, gender neutral washrooms, admin area and open
media-tech area. Construction will be cast in place concrete, pre-cast concrete,
structural steel, glulam beams, wood floor over crawlspace, steel stud and GWB,
aluminum windows/doors, SBS membrane roofing, resilient flooring, doors,
frames and hardware, mechanical, electrical and landscaping including concrete
sidewalks, ramps and stairs.
Demolition of approx. 400 m2 of existing school to be completed after construction of
new school space is complete
