  • Security Astragals – Front double doors and back double doors near elevator.
  • Card Access for communal access areas (hallways, stairwells, building entrances).

Electrical
  • BC Hydro main service upgrade with associated civil work.
  • Adjustments to new electrical panels.

Architecture and Envelope
  • Replace the existing vestibule with new thermally broken curtain wall and motorized/accessible doors.
  • Replace existing topping and membrane (suspended slab over occupied spaces).
  • Spray foam insulation above ceiling.
  • Trench drain in the loading bay to prevent water ingress
  • Ventilate moisture out of crawlspace to mitigate damp odour (under AG’s Courthouse)

Mechanical
  • Mechanical upgrades to a hybrid heating system
