Take notice that in accordance with Section 46 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Rocky Mountain District has offered a replacement woodlot licence to the holders of the woodlot licences in the Rocky Mountain District as listed below.

Licence Holder: 1295280 BC Ltd.

Licence Holder: Winston (Bud) Ormond Braisher
Location: Rocky Mountain District
The replacement forest licences have terms of 20 years, specify the same woodlot licence area, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the licences they replace.
