Nanaimo Courthouse Building Upgrades Program Phase 2

The Province of British Columbia, in collaboration with our retained design team of professionals, is undertaking the Nanaimo Courthouse Building Upgrades Program Phase 2. This project focuses on the multi-disciplinary renewal / upgrades to the base building envelope, roof, mechanical/HVAC, structural, fire alarm, lighting, security and other electrical systems; please refer to the section 3.3 for detailed itemized scope of the project. The design is currently at tender ready stage and the building permit application has been submitted to the City of Nanaimo.
The location of the project is at 35 Front Street, Nanaimo, BC. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to engage competent and experienced Construction Manager who have the resources, capacity, and expertise to collaborate with the Province. Interested vendors are invited to submit a Response to this RFP for the opportunity as described below and in Section 3. All the proposals will be evaluated per the evaluation criteria provided in Section 7.
