2025-FIN-02 - CORPORATE PURCHASING CARDS

The Town of Ladysmith (Town) is seeking proposals for Corporate Purchasing Cards from qualified financial services providers (Proponent). The overall objective of this RFP is to select a financial institution to assist the Town in establishing the most cost-effective and efficient long-term purchasing card (P-Card) program.  The Town desires a P-Card program that will maximize value to the Town through enhanced technology and opportunities, superior customer service, streamlined services, greater financial benefits, and lower total operating costs. This P-Card program must contain a high level of internal controls ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and provincial regulations and align with the Town’s procurement policies and procedures.

The Town currently maintains a purchase card (P-Card) program to enable select employees of the Town to purchase and pay for low dollar value goods and/or services.
The Town is now seeking to re-procure the services of a Proponent to provide P-Card services, including services described in Schedule ‘A’ – Scope of Services and Schedule ‘A-1’ - Technical & Functional Requirements.

The Town is looking for a Proponent whose solution meets or exceeds the Town’s requirements as described in Schedule ‘A’.
