Provision of Data Masking in non-Production SAP Environments

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with EPI-Use Labs, LLC for the provision of data masking in non-production SAP environments, during the City's implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding modules for the Human Resources Department.Currently, EPI-Use Labs provides the City with a data masking software solution (Data Secure^TM) in non-production SAP environments that integrate to SAP S/4HANA environments. In 2025, the City intends to implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding modules, which will require data masking in non-production environments.In order to be consistent across integrated environments, allowing for ongoing testing and validation of changes prior to production release, the City intends to use Data Secure^TM  in the non-production environments for Employee Central and Onboarding. TERM: five (5) yearsThe contract is valued at approximately USD136,506Anyone wishing to request more information and/or has any questions with regard to this NOITC may use the Q&A Board on the City of Vancouver Supplier Portal (see link below) prior to the closing date and time.
