This is Notice given by Infrastructure BC Inc., on behalf of Northern Health Authority, of Northern Health's intent to enter into an Alliance Development Agreement with Houle Electric Ltd., as an Electrical Non Owner Participant for the University Hospital of Northern BC – Acute Care Tower Project in Prince George, British Columbia as the only firm capable of performing this scope of work .
