Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure a Professional Engineering Consultant team for the detailed design of the Hammond Bay Area Utilities and Transportation Project. This project includes upgrades to approximately 850m of sanitary sewer, 95m of water distribution main, traffic signal hardware at two fully signalized intersections, and active transportation improvements that are largely made possible through the road surface restoration works for the proposed underground utilities.  Tender assistance, construction administration and construction inspection are not included in the scope of this RFP but may be required and are considered optional work. If optional work is required, the City will negotiate the scope and fee.This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
